Delhi Weather News: Saturday in the country’s capital Delhi

Intermittent rain continues from five to six in the morning. It has been raining again for some time in many areas including IGI Airport, AIIMS, DND, Noida, Vasant Kunj, and Dwarka. The temperature has also decreased due to rain. Due to the drizzle, the weather of Delhi NCR has become pleasant. IMD has issued an orange alert for Delhi and a yellow alert for Noida, Greater Noida, Faridabad and Gurugram. According to meteorologists, people should read the weather updates before leaving home and take necessary precautions.

According to the India Meteorological Department, the sky of Delhi will remain cloudy on Saturday. There are chances of light to moderate thunderstorms along with drizzle. Strong winds can blow at a speed of 40 to 50 Km. Today the minimum temperature is expected to be 15 degrees and the maximum temperature is expected to be 24 degrees. The maximum temperature is likely to be two degrees below normal. While the minimum temperature is expected to be three degrees above normal.

Signs of increase in air pollution

The level of air pollution in Delhi was recorded in the poor category on Friday. According to the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), the level of PM 2.5 in the Anand Vihar area was recorded at 344 in the very poor category and the level of PM 10 reached 347. The PM 2.5 level at Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport (T3) was recorded at 225, which is considered poor, and the PM 10 level was recorded at 219. The PM 2.5 level in Dwarka Sector 8 was seen at 338, which falls in the very poor category.

Signs of decrease in maximum temperature

According to the India Meteorological Department, during the last 24 hours, the minimum temperature in Delhi was recorded at 29.9, which is three degrees more than normal. Whereas the minimum temperature was recorded at 10.8 degrees Celsius, which is two degrees less than normal. According to IMD, the daytime of Delhi is forecast to be cloudy till March 6. The weather will be clear on March 7. There is no sign of an increase in temperature for the next few days. At (IGI) airport (T3), the PM 2.5 level was recorded at 225, which is considered poor, and the PM10 level was recorded at 219. PM 2.5 level was seen at 338 in the Dwarka sector, which is very bad.
